Husker Update: Volleyball Edition

It’s that time of year again. You can almost smell the polyester spanks in the air. You can hear the shriek of rubber-soled shoes on a hard gym floor through that first bite of autumn’s chill. We’re well on our way into this latest season of the Husker Women’s Volleyball team, so here in the Dailyer’s mid-season update are the:

Five Things We Know and Don’t Know About the Husker Women’s Volleyball Team

What We Know
1. The women’s team has spent a lot of time shaping up during the offseason.
2. #7’s been looking really good out there.
3. No, like, really good out there.
4. #7’s form is in prime condition for this weekend’s match up.
5. You have to get there early and reserve seats behind both sides of the court because
apparently #7 switches sides at the half.

What We Still Don’t Know
1. #7’s phone number.
2. Since when did we opt for the looser fitting white jerseys? I never agreed to this.
3. Maybe if the other girls would give her better set ups, #7 could bring it home more often.
4. Where Saturday afternoon practices have been moved to. Coach Cook isn’t returning our
calls.
5. If we were to, hypothetically, want to get #7 something for her upcoming birthday... What
would you say we should get her? Hypothetically speaking, of course.

Once again, hypothetically, what kind of puppy would you like. We were thinking a Cocker Spaniel but that's just a guess.
