Calm Bo Pelini Screaming At Half Volume

Following a blow-out win against Minnesota, a visibly calm Bo Pelini could be heard screaming at members of the media at half his regular volume.

“That was a good game we played today. I thought everyone executed nicely, considering that you journalists still exist,” Pelini yelled at an almost soothing volume.

Omaha World-Herald columist Tom Shatel called the low-decibel shouts a “nice change” and said he was happy to see that Pelini was growing “right before our eyes.”

“For the last couple of years, Bo has screamed and hollered at us and at his players at the same volume. We never knew whether he was really angry or not. But after four years, it seems he’s finally learned to control his volume,” Shatel said. “I think it shows how mature he really is.”

On the other hand, the players seem displeased about the new, softer screams.
“Man, that weird quiet-scream thing Coach Pelini does now gives me nightmares,” wide receiver Brandon Kinnie said.

“It’s hard to concentrate if Coach isn’t up in your face screaming at you, telling you that you’re a worthless human being. I need that constant loudness to feel right inside.”

Following a question about the difference in volume, Pelini became openly agitated and began throwing anything he could get his hands on at the journalists in the room.

Pathetic! About once a week I take a few minutes to read rlpeies from Nebraska fans and realize what a waste of time it is.Many of you that comment have no clue what you are talking about and spend your time quoting what you hear others say on sports talk radio call in shows or analysis from experts on TV. Quit thinking you could coach this team better than Coach Bo and others and TRUST our staff.Wisconsin is a very good, well coached team and it will be a difficlut environment for sure but I think this Nebraska team has speed and talent in critical areas that we have not seen since the late 90 s and I think that will give the Badgers fits Saturday. We are a young team with a new offensive scheme. I know many of you novice fans can't tell the difference, but NU's offense is vastly different from what we saw out of Watson. The tempo, the ability for QB to audible, formations, blocking techniques, passing routes , etc. It is truly the combination Bo has been after when he firs
