Adults Unable To Grasp Even Basics Of New Kids Cereal

Faced with a series of stand-offish interviews from children and cartoon characters about a popular new children’s cereal, adults and especially parents were downright boggled yesterday by the prospect of such a zany and improperly flavored cereal, sources report. “I really don’t understand why my daughters like this stuff,” said Andrew Clarke, father of two. “Even though it comes in fruit shapes, it tastes nothing at all like real fruit,” he added. Mother of one Jolene Walker agreed. “My son loves the stuff, but even though it’s part of a complete breakfast, I can only theorize as to his reasoning,” she said. At press time, the manufacturer of the cereal was set to release a series of television advertisements featuring children going to elaborate lengths to capture and enjoy a bowl of the new cereal despite the attempts of a nefarious cartoon character to get the cereal first.
