Adoring Fan Meets Chris Brown, Walks Into Door

Stacy Keil said she thought she was dreaming when she was named the coveted “caller number 9” for her local New Jersey radio station WQXR ‘The Cool Breeze,’ winning a trip to New York to meet her favorite artist and long-time idol, performer Chris Brown.

WQXR provided Keil with an all-expenses paid trip to Madison Square Garden where she saw Brown perform to a crowd of nearly 250 people, and after the show arranged for her to meet the dancer/singer.

“Chris was so nice. Really. I only wish I hadn’t been such a klutz.” said Keil, who reported that during the trip she had accidentally walked into the door frame while leaving Brown’s dressing room “And that’s it. That’s what happened...”

The bruised Keil declined to comment further on the incident, instead saying that “[Brown] was a great guy. He didn’t mean to, uh...let me trip. It was my fault. I’ve always been clumsy.”

“It was hard to leave [Madison Square Garden], but WQXR was really supportive. After what happened with Chris, they called me at the hotel and strongly suggested I return back home to my old life. They didn’t have to say it, but they made me realize that I’d lived before Chris, and I could do it again,” said a glowing Keil, visibly proud of her successful return to her home in New Jersey.

“Now, surrounded by the support of my friends and family, I know now that I’m a strong person and, if I believe in myself, I can live my own life. Without Chris.”
